The ARIS BiOCYCLE plant is able to treat all kinds of \u201clight\u201d (faecal-free) grey water for re-use. Water sources can include showers, bathtubs, sinks, but also washing machines or other cleaning processes, cooling plant or kitchens.
The produced non-potable water can be used for toilets, washing machines, car wash, facade or garden irrigation, soak-aways [MB1] or aquaponics.
The wastewater drainpipe is the biggest air leak in a modern building. For increased energy efficiency, waste heat is extracted from incoming grey water before treatment, keeping heat energy within the building.
If grey water is not available in sufficient quantity, the non-potable water service can be supplemented with harvested rainwater. Additionally, the ARIS ARGUS control unit can also top up the system with the minimum required mains water to keep up with demand.
All ARIS grey water systems at least meet the requirements of the FBR\u2019s guidance manual H202*, in many areas distinctly exceeding these basic requirements. <\/p>\n
